The Hospital Particular do Algarve group is building a luxury hotel in Alvor, aimed at the health and wellness tourism segment. In addition to the accommodation component, this hotel will have a medical area.

The Algarve group, which has hospitals in Alvor (Portimão), Gambelas (Faro) and in Portimão, as well as several clinics, will invest, for the first time, in the accommodation area and bet on a unit with 70 rooms and six floors, two of which are below ground. To this end, it entered into a partnership with Longevity Wellness Worldwide, under which the “Longevity Health & Wellness Hotel” will be built.

The hotel will have a SPA measuring around 1500 square meters, which will include the medical area. The hotel project, which has the signature of the Vítor Vilhena architecture studio, also includes a multipurpose room with audiovisual capacity, restaurants, a tea room, a swimming pool located on the top floor overlooking the bay of Alvor and green spaces.

The construction is in charge of the company Gabriel Couto, which was responsible for the execution of Mar Shopping, the commercial complex of IKEA in Loulé.
