The extra virgin olive oil “Monterosa”, produced in Moncarapacho, Olhão, launched a new product line, “Horta do Felix”, at the International Food and Beverage Sector Exhibition (SISAB), which took place from 12 to 14 February, in Lisbon.

In addition to the usual products of the line Premium, Maçanilha, Cobrançosa, Verdeal, Picual and Selection, joins this year the new “Horta do Felix” which «combines a selection of cultivated varieties, duly selected by the internal panel of tasters of the “Monterosa” team» .

This is «a very elegant oil with an intense fruity aroma on the nose and a slight bitter and spicy, with notes of dried fruit in the mouth», according to “Monterosa”.

“Horta do Felix” is an “entry-grade product aimed mainly at Horeca channel customers who are looking for high quality olive oil. This new product will be available on the market in bottles of 250 and 500 milliliters».

To find out more about this oil, you can visit the website here or schedule a visit to the olive groves of the Monterosa nurseries and taste their oils at their mill in Moncarapacho.
