The residents of Lagos will have more time to pay their water bill, starting in March.
This extension concerns all forms of payment.
The municipality extended the deadline for the settlement of invoices, to be paid at the Municipality of Paços do Concelho Século XXI, until the last day of the month following the month in which the invoice was issued.
Payment deadlines are also extended by direct debit to an account or at other external entities: CTT branches, agents Payshop and automatic payment terminals, which expire on the 20th of the month following the issuance of the invoice.
The Municipality of Lagos says it is "committed to developing and implementing mechanisms to streamline and simplify procedures that translate into improving the lives of its citizens."
In this context, it was promoted, in partnership with Algardata, an innovative system for payment of water bills, the Digital Treasury, which allows anyone visiting the XNUMXst Century Building Paços do Concelho to pay their water bill at the digital kiosk, without waiting lines.
