Nakajima's first goal against Tondela, in the 12th round match, which Portimonense won 2-0, was voted the best of the month of November, according to a vote carried out on the website of the Professional Football Players Union.
Nakajima thus secured a place among the ten candidates for the 2017/18 Best Goal Award, awarded by the Players Union, joining the winners of August (Bruno Fernandes/Sporting), September (André Sousa/Belenenses) and October ( Rodrigo Pinho/Maritime).
The Japanese player's goal got 40,74% of the votes, followed by Carraça, from Boavista, with 30,86%, and by Samaris, from Benfica, with 16,05%.
