A man suspected of having robbed commercial establishments and institutions in the city of Loulé was detained by the GNR on 10 November.

Following an investigation, a home search was made to the home of the alleged robber, 32 years old, where 'several keys to the houses, two laptops, a mobile phone, appliances, clothing and tools used to commit the crimes were found.

The recovered objects "have already been returned to their rightful owners".

The Loulé GNR also ended up identifying another 42-year-old man, suspected of the crime of receipt for “having acquired stolen material”.

As for the detainee, who already has a criminal record for crimes of theft, he was appointed as an accused and subject to a term of identity and residence.
