Claire McNulty, director of the research section of the National Geographic Society in Europe, will be at a Funding Seminar of that entity, to be held this Thursday, October 26, from 10:30 am to 17:00 pm, in the auditorium of the Faculty of Economics, at the University of Algarve's Gambelas Campus, in Faro.

Promoted by the Interdisciplinary Center for the Archeology and Evolution of Human Behavior (ICArEHB) of UAlg, this seminar aims to disseminate the funding opportunities granted by this organization to research, namely to young researchers.

The initiative is open to all national and foreign researchers working in Portugal in the areas of Archeology, Biology, Ecology, Earth and Sea Sciences or others.

In the afternoon, there will be four specialized sessions, in the conference room of the Faculty of Economics, for researchers and postgraduate students in the areas of Archeology, Biology and Ecology, Sea Sciences and Earth Sciences.
