Four theater companies from Spain will be in Faro to star in many other shows, between 12 and 15 October, at Lethes, always at 21 pm. ACTA – The Algarve Theater Company will promote a Spanish Theater Cycle, to which groups belonging to the Iberian Scenic Arts Circuit were invited, which encompasses artistic programming on both sides of the border.

On October 12th, next Thursday, Teatro Guirigai, in Badajoz, will stage the play “Un Encuentro con Miguel Hernandéz”, a show in which a “dialogue” with “one of the most beloved and known poets begins. at popular level” in the neighboring country, whose verses “followed the different Spanish generations”, described ACTA.

On Friday, October 13th, the company Karlik Danza Teatro (Cáceres) takes to the stage at Teatro Lethes, which will present the play “Maria Zambrano La Palabra”, where dance and theater come together.

On Saturday, it will be the turn of the group La Fundicion, from Seville, to present the show “La otra mano de Cervantes”, where «reality, humor, irony and fantasy coexist in the same space in constant movement».

It is also with humor that ACTA's Spanish Theater Cycle ends on Sunday, October 15th. To close, the company Tranvia Teatro, from Zaragoza, will take to the stage, which will present the comedy “Milagro”, “a play about love, about piety, about identity and memory”.

Tickets for each show cost 10 euros for the general public and 7,5 euros for those under 30 and over 65. Spanish students who provide proof of payment only pay 5 euros.
