Participating in the harvest at Quinta da Tôr, «in an emblematic place full of charm» is the proposal of a workshop, from the Loulé Criativo project, to be held on the 9th of September, from 9 am to 00 pm.

The aim is for «participants to witness the beginning of the harvest on a property located near the village of Tôr, next to the famous Roman bridge, perfectly inserted in the naturalness and simplicity of this area».

At Quinta da Tôr, the grapes, after being harvested, are sent for vinification where «they will give way to the excellent wines of this brand that is already a reference at regional level», says the Câmara de Loulé.

This will also be an opportunity to taste «the excellent wines of this farm, vinified, matured and bottled on the property», he adds.

The participant will be able to get to know this tradition from the inside and enjoy a lunch prepared on the farm, savored in a space overlooking the vineyard.

to accompany the workshop there will be Mário Santos, owner of the Quinta da Tôr land since 2011, engineer who recovered the vineyard and built the new winery.

O workshop, taught in English and Portuguese, costs 30 euros per person (lunch included) and is open to everyone. Entries can be made here
