The Algar company joined the Ciência Viva no Verão em Network program and will promote, throughout August, guided visits to the Transfer and Screening Station of Faro/Loulé/Olhão.
This is the contribution of the company responsible for waste management in the Algarve to this nationwide initiative, «which includes more than 800 free participation actions throughout the country and involves the Ciência Viva Centres, scientific institutions, local authorities, companies and scientific associations ».
«Algar is a major promoter of awareness-raising activities related to the environment and the correct separation of urban waste in the Algarve region. For this reason, this year she was invited by the Centro de Ciência Viva do Algarve to participate in the Ciência Viva No Verão em Rede project, an initiative that takes place throughout the country, in the summer, between 15th July and 15th September», framed the company.
