The “Pingo Doce Employment Market”, which aims to publicize the employment opportunities that the company has in the Algarve, is taking place this Wednesday, May 31st, at the Fire Department of Albufeira.
The initiative, which takes place about 200 meters from the Albufeira – Bela Vista store, will be attended by members of the company's Human Resources team.
Ana Ribeiro Soares, Recruitment director at Pingo Doce, says that «the face-to-face presentation of the various job opportunities adapted to different profiles, functions and schedules, as well as career progression opportunities, is a format that has a lot of acceptance because the candidates can clarify their doubts and take a decision more compatible with their needs'.
This is the second edition of the “Pingo Doce Employment Market”, after registered membership in Faro.
In addition to the Distribution Center in Algoz (Silves), inaugurated in 2014 and involving an investment of around 27 million euros, Pingo Doce has 27 stores in the Algarve, employing more than 1800 people in the region.
