The company Águas do Algarve will participate in the seminar “Communication in the Water Sector – Opportunities and Challenges”, promoted by the Portuguese Association of Water Distribution and Drainage (APDA). The event is scheduled for June 6, in the auditorium of the Municipal Services of Águas de Sintra.
Teresa Fernandes, responsible for Communication and Environmental Education at Águas do Algarve, will present a presentation entitled “Creativity versus institutionality: the limits of communication in the sector”.
This seminar aims to be a «space for sharing good practices and knowledge for those already working in communication» and aims to highlight the «importance of communication for the sector, in order to maximize the resources we have at our disposal», he says the APDA.
The seminar includes a roundtable moment on the National Strategy for Environmental Education (ENEA), which «is presented as an important tool for us to continue to invest in environmental education as one of the main means of information, communication and civic training in the sector». completes the association.
