The Algarve's tourism offer for the coming summer will be promoted at the «Mundo Abreu» travel fair, which takes place on the 8th and 9th of April at the Feira Internacional de Lisboa (FIL). Over the two days, it is expected that more than 120 people will attend the event, the largest in Portugal for direct holiday sales to the public.
The Algarve Tourism Region will have its own stand, where the offer of the region will be made available «at very inviting prices». The 700 square meter area dedicated to tourism in the Algarve will have "a vast participation of exhibitors from the region" and includes "service desks and a lounge area for customers", according to RTA.

Mundo Abreu is a unique opportunity for tour operators in the Algarve to contact the public directly, promote their exclusive offer, increase the number of reservations and visitors, with very interesting discounts», considered the president of RTA Desidério Silva
As trump cards, the Algarve takes «the excellence of hospitality» in the region and, of course, «the climate, the stunning beaches and landscapes, the gastronomy and the offer of entertainment in the region».
Entry to the «Mundo Abreu» fair is free.
