Success Work (SW), a temporary work company based in Quarteira, is looking for 1050 people – which it will then hire – to work in the Algarve, during the summer period, in all areas of the hotel sector. To this end, the recruitment team of this company will participate in employment fairs this March.

Some of these are, for example, the UAlg Careers Fair, the University of Algarve job fair, which takes place on the 14th and 15th of March, and the “Start Work II” – Exhibit of Entrepreneurship, Employment and Professional Training, in Portimão, which starts today, March 9th, and lasts until the 11th.

These are also joined by the second edition of the Employment Employability in Tourism, within the scope of the Lisbon Tourism Exchange (BTL), on the 17th and 18th of March. Open Days, in the central and northern region, in a location yet to be defined.

In addition to the Algarve, SW expects to hire 300 people for the Lisbon region, and 75 for each of these regions: Beira Interior and Litoral, Alentejo and Madeira.

SW had its genesis in a long-standing dream of its founding partners.

The objective was, then, to create a company in the human resources sector that would function as a strategic partner of the hotel industry, contributing to the improvement of the quality of service in this sector, through the optimization and flexibility of its human resources.

In addition to temporary work, SW has specialized services in outsourcing, and selection and recruitment, ensuring the identification and selection of qualified and competent professionals, whose profiles best match the specific needs of its clients.

According to official financial indicators for 2015, SW is the market leader in the Algarve region with a turnover of over 10 million euros, occupying the second position of companies headquartered south of the Tagus, and in the top 20 of the largest employment companies at national level, in a universe of 231 authorized companies.

In 2016, SW showed a growth of 17%, with the goal for 2017 to enter the top 15 of the largest temporary work companies.

To reinforce its commitment to innovation, SW signed last February a strategic partnership with UAlg, with the aim of providing internships to students from the Algarve academy.
