The first prize of EuroMillions, worth 80 million euros, went to a bettor who registered the ticket in Faro, said yesterday, in a statement, the Santa Casa da Misericórdia of Lisbon.
Since its launch in 2004, the Euromillions draw has already included 64 Portuguese players with the first prize.
The biggest EuroMillions prize awarded in Portugal was 190 million euros, delivered in Castelo Branco, on 24 October 2014.
The winning combination of the 021/2017 Euromillions contest, drawn this Tuesday, is composed of the numbers 03 — 05 — 21 — 36 — 44 and the stars 03 and 06.
