The Portuguese women's football team lost 2-0 against Norway, in a game played today, March 8, at Estádio da Bela Vista, in Parchal. With this result, the team of quinas was in the 12th – and last – place of the Algarve Cup.

The goals were scored by Hegerberg, after 13 minutes, after a confused move in the Portugal area. At 66, the Norwegians increased their advantage, thanks to a goal by Guro Reiten.
