But there are those who bet on recruiting now, to be later with the best. And there are also those who are recruiting for the whole year.

Worten, from the Sonae group, is recruiting 60 people, in the commercial area (salespeople), but also in the area of technical assistance and repairs. The first resort of the British hotel chain in Portugal, and which invests heavily in the area of Health and Wellness, says it wants to «contribute to the socio-professional development of the Algarve, uncovering the veil over the real professional practices that young people have , namely the students, have the opportunity to experiment in a real context for the first time», guaranteed Gonçalo Castanho.

Regarding the fact that a large part of the 80 vacancies that MacDonald Monchique Resort & Spa intends to fill are seasonal, he admits that "there is an increase in seasonal activity, which is an identity in all hotels in the Algarve region". However, he noted, "many of the professionals who show good skills will stay with us", as the resort is open all year and cannot afford to lose the good professionals it has now recruited.
