This year, «the student advisors OK Student and university representatives will be present at the event and will give lectures three times a day», explains the organization. The idea is to present “to students, parents and teachers the opportunity of funding and the British teaching model”.
In total there will be 12 English universities present, and the Chamber of Faro it has already confirmed its presence, as has, for example, the Manuel Teixeira Gomes Secondary School, in Portimão, the Laura Ayres Secondary School, in Quarteira, or the Vila Real de Santo António Secondary School.
So far, «OK Student» has sent more than 2500 students to British universities, operating with the top 125 of these educational establishments.
«OK Student» already has an office in Faro, opened in May, due to the «high volume of demand from Algarve students».
