The II Half Marathon Tavira CPSE Liberty Seguros will take place on 20 November, starting at 10:00 am, in front of the Town Hall of Tavira.
The race will have three courses with different distances: the half-marathon, of 21km, the mini-marathon of 12km and the family solidarity march of 7,5km.
«Starting and arriving in the heart of the city, the route will lead participants through the millenary streets with white façades to the reclassified area of Quatros Águas, in the heart of the Ria Formosa Natural Park, invaluable for its bio diversity», says Casa do Povo de Santo Stephen, who organizes the race.
“By running or walking, discovering Tavira through this Half Marathon is preserving the city's history, in a sustainable way, and promoting a healthy lifestyle”, adds the organization.
Registration for the race runs until October 31st and can be made here.
The II Half Marathon of Tavira has, among others, the support of the Municipality of Tavira.
