The Participatory Budget of the Municipality of Loulé is already being voted on. During the entire month of September it is possible to vote in the 33 projects in the competition, either via newsletter or via SMS.
As in previous editions, the voting projects (3 per location) resulted from the proposals presented in the 11 participatory sessions held, and at the end of the voting, the winning project in each parish will be defined.
Both types of voting – by bulletin, in RSF format, or by SMS – are free.
Voting through ballot papers is only accessible to voters registered in the electoral rolls of the Municipality of Loulé, and ballot papers can be collected in one of the following places in the municipality: Paços do Concelho Building, Praça da República, Loja do Munícipe in Loulé, Municipal Center of Quarteira, Municipal Store in Almancil, Municipal Library of Loulé, Municipal Library – Pole of Quarteira, Municipal Library – Pole of Salir, Cândido Guerreiro and Condes de Alte Museum Center, Água de Querença and na seat of the Parish Councils.
Electronic voting will be carried out using the codes assigned to each project, sending a message to the number 4400 indicating the project code (Ex: OP34). Only one valid vote can be associated with each mobile phone number, which corresponds to a correct project code.
