Portugal qualified for the semi-finals of Euro 2016, after beating Poland on penalties, in a game in which, once again, there was a lot of suffering. Fans despaired of Poland's early goal, thrilled with the tie signed by young Renato Sanches and spent more than an hour waiting for the final celebrations.
Em Faro, there were many fans who chose the Fan Zone to see Portugal-Poland, who would end up tied to a ball, after 120 minutes of play. But the entertainment spread to many cafes and bars in Baixa de Faro.
In penalties, Portugal did not fail and Rui Patrício saved one of the penalties, which allowed the Portuguese fans to celebrate.
The next game for the Quinas national team is scheduled for next Wednesday, in what will be a new opportunity for Portugal to try to be present in a final of this competition.
