The Manuel Bivar Garden, in Faro, will once again have a Fan Zone this time during Euro 2016. The space is inaugurated this Friday, with the giant-screen transmission of the inaugural game of the European Football Championship between France and Romania. At the end of this match, at 22 pm, there will be a «unique» concert by Diogo Piçarra.
As explained by Paulo Santos, vice president of the Chamber of Faro, to Sul Informação, the concert by Diogo Piçarra and Friends «will be a unique show by Diogo, in Faro, in your land and will have some surprises. It will be a different concert from the normal ones».
In addition to marking the start of the Fun Zone, which will be in operation until the end of Euro 2016, on July 10th, the concert by Diogo Piçarra «also marks the 10th of June. Diogo Piçarra was inaugurated by the President of the Republic, and there is this symbolism».
The show “also marks the end of high school classes. It is a gift for students who, throughout the year, have studied and applied themselves».
