The Portuguese Sail Portugal team, which includes the Algarve sailor Luís Brito, dropped this Sunday from 2nd to 3rd position, on the penultimate day of the Extreme Sailing Series stage in Qingdao (China).
The Portuguese team (now with 107 points) was surpassed today by Oman Air, winner of the first stage at home, which won the first race of the day and now has 115 points.
Yesterday, the Sail Portugal team was in 2nd place, with the same 61 points as the Swiss Alinghi, who today won two of the six races and remains at the top of the standings, with 119 points.
