The SOS Ria Formosa/Je suis Ilhéu Movement promotes this Monday, the 25th of April, at noon, a “Human SOS giant”, on the beach at Farol, on the Island of Culatra.
According to the organizers, this is "a cry for help and protest against those who want to destroy the communities of the barrier islands, against pollution, against everything that has harmed our Ria Formosa and those who work or benefit from it." .
Last week, the decision of the Supreme Administrative Court, which gave the green light to the Polis Ria Formosa Society to move forward with the demolitions.
