New residents of São Brás de Alportel will be warmly welcomed when they move to this county.
The São Paulo municipality has joined with real estate companies and local notaries to launch the “New Resident Kit”, which provides “a moment of reception of new residents in the Paços do Concelho building and the offer of a set of informative materials, fundamental to their better integration in the municipality'.
«This new initiative intends to constitute itself as an active measure to increase the attractiveness of the county, mainly directed towards the growing residential tourism, which already represents one of the strongest economic engines in the county. With this objective in mind, it has become vital to establish a partnership with real estate agents and notaries, which can also be extended to other sectors of the community, with the objective of making proximity and quality of life benchmarks in the Municipality of São Brás of Alportel', according to the Chamber.
The measure now launched is part of the Municipal Plan to Support the Integration of Immigrants in São Brás de Alportel.
