The abstention rate in the 2015 legislative elections rose slightly compared to that recorded in 2011, in the Algarve constituency. Today, abstention stood at 44,27%, slightly above the 44,2% recorded in the elections four years ago.
Voter turnout in the Algarve was higher than at the national level, where abstention stood at 46,57%.
