The puff pastries are a typical sweet from the parish of São Bartolomeu de Messines, a «secret kept under lock and key, but transmitted from generation to generation» and which, on the 23rd of May, can be fully unveiled to the participants in the workshop promoted by House of the People of this village in the municipality of Silves.

The Workshop will take place in the institution's cafeteria between 15:00 and 17:00 on Saturday, 23 May. The initiative has the support of the Parish Council of São Bartolomeu de Messines.
