ASTA – Association of Theater and Other Arts, a professional theater company in the city of Covilhã, will present its most recent work, the play «Diário dos Infiéis», in Armação de Pêra, next December.
The presentation in Armação de Pêra is part of the festival MIA 2014 (Traveling Arts Show).
Thus, on Friday, December 5, at the Holiday Inn hotel, the show «Diário dos Infiéis: diaries» will be presented, in which the three characters of the story are presented in the format of monologues, in a micro-concept. theater.
On the 6th, at 21 pm, the complete show, «Diário dos Infiéis», will be presented at the headquarters of the Football Club “Os Armacenenses”.
ASTA states that "it sees its presence in Armação de Pêra reinforced by its presence in the Álvaro Gomes Treaty, signed a year ago between the company from Covilha, Polis Apoteose and other local institutions."
ASTA has already been present in this Algarve village on several occasions, the last one being at the Pirate Weekend festival, on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of August.
«Diário dos Infiéis» premiered on the 16th and 17th of October, having sold out on both days. Before, «Diário dos Infiéis: Diaries» had already been presented from 4 to 9, also always sold out.
This is a work that arises from the adaptation and staging of Marco Ferreira from the homonymous work by the writer João Morgado from Covilha and has the interpretation of actors Carmo Teixeira, Graça Faustino and Sérgio Novo.
