SonGastronomy is once again highlighted in Aldeia da Cortelha, in the interior of the municipality of Loulé, at the Festival da Filhó, which will take place on 6 September. Lots of filhó, other snacks, culture and sports are the organization's suggestions.

Visitors to the village of Cortelha that day will be able to enjoy various types of doughnuts, but not only, since “a dining area will be available on the premises”, according to the Association of Friends of Cortelha, which organizes the party.

The party starts with a Target Shooting Tournament at 15pm. This is followed, at 18 pm, with a Baile Serrano, with animation by Bruno Neves. At night, from 22 pm, the Quelfes Ethnographic Group “Dança dos Velhos” will take to the stage, which will present «in a different way the dances and songs of the Algarve». After this show, the Baile Serrano continues into the night.

The Filhó festival is free and is organized by the Association of Friends of Cortelha, with the support of the Municipality of Loulé, the Parish Council of Salir, the Algarve Tourism Region, INATEL and Algar.
