The Festa da Ria Formosa returns to Largo de São Francisco, in the Algarve's downtown, between July 31 and August 10, to showcase the typical coastal cuisine, made by those who make a living from fishing and shellfishing.

The event, organized by the Ria Formosa Nursery and Shellfish Association (Vivmar), with the support of the Chamber of Faro, has free entry and can be visited every day from 19pm to 1am.

Traditional dishes, based on seafood and shellfish, are the stars of the event. These delicacies will also be the ingredients used in the Show Cooking diaries that will be promoted.

In addition to gastronomy, this party has daily musical entertainment, in charge of groups from the region. On each night there are two concerts, which always start at 22:23 and 30:XNUMX.
