The Algarve Stadium will once again host a stage of the «Eternal Running» world circuit on September 27th, an adventure race called «The craziest race in the world». In this 10-kilometer race, participants "have to overcome several incredible transitions, approximately every 700 meters".

«Given the great success of the event in 2012 and 2013, which had about 1000 participants in total of the two editions, the Municipality of Faro expects this unusual athletics competition to have a considerable increase in the number of entries this year», anticipates the local authority, a partner in promoting the competition.

According to the organization, the «Eternal Running» is «surpassing, sacrifice and fun, for all who feel life as a constant challenge». Since 2002, more than 70 thousand people have participated in this competition, all over the world. The initiative has already covered countries such as Argentina, the United States of America, the United Kingdom and even continents such as Africa and Australia.

Interested parties can enroll in the Sports Division of the Municipality of Faro (Municipal Swimming Pools) or on the organization's website. Registration costs 17 euros if done until July 6th, 19 euros between 7th July and 7th August and 21 euros from 8th August until the day of the race.

The event "Fisherman's Friend with Eternal Running - The craziest race in the world" is organized by "Thunar Esports", with the sponsorship of "Fisherman's Friends" and the partnership of the City Council of Faro.
