The launch of the Algarve Wine Route, the presentation of the «Algarve Wine Guide» (now reissued with more producers) and digital marketing actions or cooking demonstrations of the Mediterranean diet with chefs who command the kitchens of three restaurants and hotels from the region are some of the initiatives planned for next Thursday, the 13th, which will be Algarve Day on the Lisbon Tourism Exchange (BTL).

The Algarve will participate from the 12th to the 16th of March at the BTL, with an exclusive day to present the region's news for this year. Thursday, 13th, will be the right time to discover the promotional actions of this tourist destination, which has surprises in store for professionals who visit the Algarve space at 15 pm, in pavilion 00 of FIL.

Represented in a 441 square meter stand, which also includes the 16 municipalities in the region for the joint promotion of the destination, this year the Algarve is taking the Gastronomia e Vinhos product to Lisbon to entice visitors.

The 26th edition of BTL opens tomorrow only for professionals in the sector, opening to the public on Friday, the 14th, from 18:00 pm to 23:00 pm, on Saturday from 12:00 pm to 23:00 pm, and on Sunday, from 12:00 pm to 20:00 pm. More information at www.btl.fil.pt.
