Head Briton Marc Fosh is the guest of another edition of the gastronomic event «Cooking Through Generations», which the Sheraton Algarve Hotel & Pine Cliffs Resort will host on Saturday, from 19:30. The prestigious British Chef, holder of 1 Michelin Star, "will surprise guests with an exclusive menu of four Mediterranean fusion dishes", announced the hotel unit.

The fourth edition of «Cooking Through Generations» will take place at the “O Pescador” restaurant, where an exclusive dinner for 60 people will be served, with wine pairing included, and which will have the Chef himself to introduce the dishes to the guests. The price will be 69 euros per person, with wine pairing included. Reservations can be made by calling 289 500 100 or by emailing [email protected].

«With a cuisine with strong Mediterranean influences, rustic and modern flavors, the menu that Head Marc Fosh created for “Cooking Through Generations” will present unexpected flavors and textures, such as green apple and fennel, roasted sea bass with parsley, licorice and anchovies, cherry sorbet and rose water, among other surprising fusions», describes the Sheraton Algarve, in a press release.

This is, moreover, an event «marked by the fusion of styles and flavors and by the celebration of the passing of a gastronomic legacy between generations». In previous years, the chefs Luke Thomas, Philippe Brun and Daniel and Stéphane Chambon.
