The 1st day of January, cold or not, with choppy or calm sea, will once again call Praia do Pintadinho, in a spontaneous adhesion, many "heroes", who respond to the call of the Parish Council of Ferragudo, for the Bath de Mar – The first of the year.
Entry into 2014 will be no different, with more than 150 members expected. Afterwards, a peladinha and rhythmic gymnastics of “Prof” Piçarra Ramos, the heroes dressed up there will go to the water.
The tshirt for bathers is guaranteed with the support of the Municipality of Lagoa, as well as the hot cocoa provided by the Pintadinho restaurant.
The Parish Council also counts on the collaboration of the Fire Department of Lagoa, the Port Authority of Portimão and the Náufragos de Ferragudo Aid Institute, for greater security in this “almost” spontaneous event, as well as the collaboration of Rádio Lagoa.
