For those who like to have solidary experiences, São Brás de Alportel will be the place to go, on September 7th. The first edition of the «Festival Experiências Solidárias» will take place between 16 pm and 21 pm at the Museu do Trajo de São Brás and there is a lot to choose from.
Instead of money, participants are asked to bring books, educational games or toys, new or used, which will then be sent to the Toy Library dedicated to needy children and teenagers in the Nossa Senhora Aparecida Community, in the city of Cuamba, in the Province Niassa in Mozambique.
“The cause that motivates this festival is to teach children to read and write, help them to play and grow. Prepare them for a better future», revealed the organization.
At the festival, offer includes massages and aesthetics, Fun Workshops, mind-body balance sessions, individual coaching sessions, Tarot, Tai Chi harmony and balance, Zumba dance, Show Cooking, Wine Tasting, photo sessions in professional studio and activities and games for children.
«This event already has, at this moment, the voluntary support of 20 professionals who will develop the most diverse experiences, as well as the Municipality of S. Brás and various private and collective entities», revealed the organization, which is in charge of the final year students of the Marketing and Advertising Management course at Instituto Superior Dom Afonso III.
