The cycle «Concertos ao Entardecer 2013» by the association ArQuente is coming to an end, but it will offer two more shows, with a luxury view, in Faro and Sagres. The band «Papercutz» closes the cycle with a concert tomorrow, Sunday, at 19:30 pm, at Galeria Arco, in Vila-Adentro de Faro and a new performance on the 4th of August, the next Sunday, at the Fortaleza de Sagres.
To complete the «Concerts at Sunset» initiative, ArQuente chose the project by Bruno Miguel from Porto, who has been asserting himself abroad, with international prizes in his bag and many concerts in Portugal and across the Atlantic.
The connection to North America is closely linked to the participation of the American Melissa Veras in the project. As for definitions, «Papercutz» is described by his mentor as «a pop music project with dark sounds, cut and twisted like the streets of Porto».
After this concert, tomorrow, there will be no more shows with a view of the Ria Formosa at the ArQuente space at Galeria Arco until the end of the year (they promise to return in 2014), but the association will continue to be very active. On September 13th and 14th, at Teatro das Figuras, the new show ArQuente «Open Hamlet» by João Garcia Miguel will premiere.
