As part of the celebrations for the 33rd anniversary of the University of Algarve, an open class on Media Literacy will be held at 14:30 pm on the 13th to give the name “Saramago” to the 0.5 amphitheater of the Penha Campus Pedagogical Complex.
Ten years ago, José Saramago gave a class to students of Communication Sciences and that this tribute also intends to mark the event.
At the beginning of this class, open to the media, there will be a solemn session presided over by the rector of the University of Algarve João Guerreiro.
A Notebook will also be published with the last 10 texts from José Saramago's blog, which had the collaboration of the Communication Design course.
