The Homeless Support Center (CASA) of Faro will promote a solidarity show on October 31, at 21 pm, at Teatro das Figuras, which will feature performances by Mónica Ferraz, Iris and Big Band do Algarve. The funds raised revert in favor of the fight against hunger carried out by this IPSS, «helping many families in various municipalities in the Algarve».
The show's headliner was "recently nominated for the title Best Portuguese Act at the MTV Europe Music Awards 2012", recalled CASA. In addition to the concert, there will be other activities, namely “exhibitions, entertainment and a raffle with various tourist offers”.
Tickets for this event are already on sale and can be purchased at the Teatro Municipal de Faro, in ANJE and in the Himalayas Space. Tickets, or donations, have a single price of 10 euros.
