More than 10 Algarve students who completed their secondary education studies at the Lagos Music Academy (AML), in Lagoa, in the Articulated Regime and in the Professional Music Course, were successful in the applications submitted to the various Higher Schools of Music and Universities to which they competed.

These students attended their secondary education as a result of the partnership between ESPAMOL-Escola Secundária Padre António Martins Oliveira-Lagoa, Lagoa Town Hall and Lagos Music Academy/Lagoa Music Conservatory.

The management of AML congratulates its students and teachers, «given the degree of difficulty in accessing and the small number of places offered for instrument courses at the national level».

The Academy of Music in Lagos is «the Algarve institution with the largest number of students admitted to Higher Education in Music, which reveals the level of teaching and preparation of its students», stresses the AML.
