Peugeot Portugal and the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve (AIA) have just signed a partnership agreement. As a result, two Peugeot RCZ 1.6 THP 200hp immediately reinforce the enviable car park of the AIA Racing School, recognized as one of the best in the world.

Since 2009, the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve (AIA) has had a specialized school, which teaches piloting and defensive driving lessons, in order to provide drivers with strong emotions and improve their reactions when driving on the road.
Designated AIA Racing School, it integrates a group of renowned professional instructors, offering several driving experiences with all safety conditions.
The partnership with Peugeot Portugal placed the RCZ 1.6 THP 200hp in the Racing School's car park, which has models from Ferrari and Porsche, among other brands.
This automotive catalog strongly emphasizes the different packages and offers, which provide trainees with an experience behind the wheel of highly performing cars.
Car driving enthusiasts now have the possibility of getting to know the Peugeot RCZ in extreme situations, through an exclusive experience designed to make the best of this Peugeot – the RCZ Experience – exploring all the potential of a car.

With a range of highly qualified and renowned instructors, this course is attractively priced, consisting of a briefing and three exercises: 1)
Dynamic Control – traverse the circuit without touching cones; 2) the Moose Test – simulating an emergency detour to an obstacle; 3) Track Initiation – performing 2 complete laps of the circuit.
In addition to this personalized experience with the Peugeot RCZ, there is also the possibility of testing driving skills in dream machines – including the RCZ – in the so-called Driving Experience. In this option, you can safely enjoy learning adapted to each person's profile. There are three experiences to choose from: Classic, Silver and Gold, which include different exercises in the paddock and on the track.
First laps impress
The Peugeot RCZ's first laps on track left the best impressions, with lap times very close to those of some prestigious supersports, which, according to Algarve track instructors, is due to the fact that “the Peugeot RCZ is easier to explore and take to the limit".
