The poet and university professor Nuno Júdice presents on June 8, at 21 pm, at the Municipal Library of Silves, the anthology of Algarve poets “Algarve – 30 poets in the south of the 12st century”. The action will also feature Gisela Ramos Rosa, who will participate through the reading of poems.

This publication – edited by Livros Capital and prefaced by professor, poet, literary critic of poetry from Jornal de Letras, António Carlos Cortez – presents the literary work of 12 of the most renowned poets of the Algarve (natural or adopted), including the exponents of a new generation, have produced during the last few years.

António Ramos Rosa, Casimiro de Brito, Fernando Esteves Pinto, Gastão Cruz, José Carlos Barros, Manuel Madeira, Miguel Godinho, Nuno Júdice, Pedro Afonso, Rui Dias Simão, Tiago Nené and Vítor Gil Cardeira are the authors present in this anthology, which tells with the publication of 10 poems and a critical essay about each one, written by another poet.
