Portimonense Sporting Clube, through its project Portimonense Solidário, and Teia D'Impulsos – Social, Cultural and Sports Association, join together for a solidarity initiative called “À Bola para Ajudar”, which will take place on April 22 at 16:00, during the football game of Liga Orangina, Portimonense-Freamunde.

This partnership, which has the support of the Intermarché Supermarket, Rádio Costa D'Oiro, Carportil and the Portimão City Council, aims to collaborate with the Social and Parish Center of Nossa Senhora do Amparo, in the city of Portimão, namely, with its Social Refectory, generator of hope in helping others, an attitude so important nowadays.

The Social Refectory, managed by Father Arsenio, feeds around 100 people every day thanks to the solidarity of many people from Portimo.

Thus, Portimonense invites all sympathizers who, until the indicated day, can exchange at least one football match ticket for a can of preserves and a carton of milk, leaving members the same challenge, despite their entry not meet conditioned when requested, by virtue of the anticipated possession of their annual seats.

On the 22nd, the collection of food items will take place at the ticket office at the Municipal Stadium of Portimão from 15 pm onwards.

«Let's all support. From a little, let's do a lot. This is the challenge for all those who like Portimonense, love Portimão and want to help others», emphasize the promoters of this solidarity initiative.
