Fusion of Flavors at Alameda in Portimão

From this Tuesday, the 3rd, until next Saturday, April 7, Praça da Alameda da República, in Portimão, will be filled with regional products from the Alentejo and Algarve at the first edition of Fusão de Sabores, an event that it aims to promote what is most traditionally produced in these regions at the agri-food level.

The event, which brings together 35 'stands', will open every day between 12:00 and 21:00, offering wine tasting and sale, tasting of preserves, tapas bars and sale of regional products, such as sausages and regional cheeses from Alentejo, cakes and dry fruits from the Algarve, jams, liqueurs, arbutus, folars, honey, olive oil and bread.

During the initiative, organized by the company Effect Eventos with the support of the Municipality of Portimão, there will be some workshops on wines, in charge of the producers present at the initiative and the Confraria dos Enófilos e Gastronomos do Algarve.
