Around 300 people participated, on April 12, in the event “+INICIATIVE”, which took place at ExpoAlgarve/NERA, with a program dedicated to the theme of Employment and Entrepreneurship.
During the entire day, sessions were held on support for the creation of one's own employment and for small businesses, namely on the program to support entrepreneurship and the creation of one's own employment, on how to access social or banking microcredit.
There were also sessions on job search techniques – how to prepare a résumé and how to present yourself at an interview, on programs to finance investment in economic activities, namely PRODER and QREN Entrepreneurship, and on how to prepare business plans.
Branches of various entities were also available for information and clarification of doubts, namely the IEFP, IP Loulé Employment Centre, National Association for the Right to Credit, Millennium BCP Bank, POAlgarve21/CCDR Algarve and IAPMEI, Europe Direct do Algarve/CCDR Algarve, Enterprise Europe Network/CCDR Algarve, IN LOCO Association and Loulé City Council.

The “+INICIATIVE” was organized by the Municipality of Loulé, IEFP – Loulé Employment Centre, Algarve Regional Development and Coordination Commission, IAPMEI – Institute for Support to Small and Medium Enterprises and Innovation, NERA – Business Association of Region of Algarve, in partnership with the National Association for the Right to Credit, Associação IN LOCO, Instituto Universitário Dom Afonso III, POAlgarve 21/CCDR Algarve, Europe Direct do Algarve/ CCDR Algarve and Enterprise Europe Network/ CCDR Algarve .
