The Carmim/Prio/Tavira team leaves for Spain this weekend to race the Volta a Murcia, on the 3rd and 4th.
This selective competition has the participation of 19 teams, among which are Rabobank, Euskatel Eskadi, Movistar, Vacansoleil, Andalucia, Caja Rural, among others.
Tomorrow, the first stage will cover 192,8 kilometers and will find four mountain prizes, the last of them in the first category, installed very close to the finish line. On Sunday there is an Individual Time Trial of 12,3 kilometers ahead.
The Tavirense team is the only Portuguese team to be present, and includes athletes Ricardo Mestre, Nelson Vitorino, Henrique Casimiro, David Livramento, Alejandro Marque, João Pereira, and Diogo Nunes.
