The winner of the last edition of Volta a Portugal by bicycle will be present at the V Bênção dos Cyclistas do Algarve, at Ferreiras church, Albufeira, on the 22nd of this month.
In addition to the presence of Ricardo Mestre, other cyclists from the Algarve region will be present in this initiative presided over by Father António de Freitas, reveals the newspaper «Folha do Domingo».
Promoted by Juventude Desportiva das Fontainhas and by the Algarve Cycling Association, the activity, whose revenue will revert this year to Albufeira's Volunteer Firefighters, will start at 8:00 am.
