The cable TV channel SIC Mulher will broadcast next Friday, at 20:30 pm, the 2nd episode of the new season of the program “Chakall & Pulga”. In this episode, which takes place in the municipality of Silves, the chef talks about the municipality's gastronomy, visiting several mandatory places for lovers of traditional cuisine.
In this journey through the knowledge and flavors of Silvese, there is also space for the preparation of a dish with traditional Silvese products, namely citrus, made by chef Chakall, against the backdrop of the Medieval Fair of Silves and its Castle, a unique moment that recreates the times of splendor in the city's history.
“Chakall & Pulga” is a lifestyle program that combines gastronomy, tourism, culture and tradition, in a trip across the country, showing typical dishes from various regions, with a very unique Chakall stamp and touch.
