Lagoa was distinguished, this Thursday, as the best Portuguese municipality to live in. The Algarve municipality achieved the best score in the areas of Tourism, Well-being and Safety, Diversity and Tolerance.
The conclusion is from the study “Quality of Life in the Best Municipalities to Live in” developed by the Institute of Behavioral Technology (INTEC) and presented this afternoon by researcher Miguel Lopes, coordinator of the work, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra (FDUC).
Caminha, Bragança, Cascais and Pombal close the ranking of the best five municipalities to live in Portugal. The Portuguese municipalities were evaluated in ten categories, through surveys of thousands of Portuguese.
