Year 9 exams will be held this year on paper

Measure was also announced this morning by Montenegro

The final exams for the 9th year will be held this year on paper to guarantee equality for all students, while the assessment tests will continue to be carried out in digital format, the Government announced today.

In a statement, the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation says that the previous government did not guarantee schools the necessary conditions to carry out the 9th year National Tests in digital format, as planned.

Therefore, these exams will be carried out this year, exceptionally, in paper format.

The assessment tests continue to be carried out in digital format, “reaffirming the current Government’s commitment to the digital transition”.

The measure was also announced this morning by Prime Minister Luís Montenegro at the beginning of the discussion of the Government program, in the Assembly of the Republic.
