Brazilian artist Chico César canceled the concert he had scheduled for MED Festival, in the Historic Zone of Loulé, on the 29th of June, announced the Chamber, which organizes the event.
This cancellation takes place, according to the municipality, «for reasons beyond the organization's control, which have to do with the cancellation of the artist's presence in Europe this summer».
«The name that will replace Chico César in the Festival's lineup will soon be announced», promises the Chamber of Loulé.
The MED Festival takes place from the 27th to the 30th of June (the latter the “Open Day”) and names such as Tito Paris, Anthony B, Kumpania Algazarra or Dubioza Kolektiv are already confirmed on the poster.
Tickets are on pre-sale until June 24th, with the following prices: Daily Ticket 10 euros, Festival Ticket 30 euros and Daily Family Ticket 0 euros.
The MED'24 Festival has the support of RTP, Antena 1, Antena 2, Antena 3 and RDP África.
