95,17% of voters registered for early mobility voting went to vote

208.007 voters signed up for early mobility voting for the legislative elections on March 10

The participation rate of voters who opted for early mobility voting, in the legislative elections on March 10, was 95,17% among the 300 municipalities that have already communicated the data to the Electoral Administration of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Internal Affairs ( AE/SGMAI).

With the results of 8 municipalities still to be known (all on the continent), it appears that 180.835 of the total of 208.007 voters registered for early mobility voting exercised this right.

Only on the continent, with data missing from 8 municipalities, the participation rate was 95,39%, as 175.599 of the 202.385 registered citizens voted.

In the Autonomous Region of the Azores, the participation rate was 93,8%, as 2.995 of the 3.224 voters registered in this type of early voting voted on mobility.

In the Autonomous Region of Madeira, this participation rate was 92,12%, with 2.241 of the 2.398 registered citizens voting.

In relation to the number of citizens residing and registered abroad who vote by post, AE/SGMAI received 175.530 ballots until March 7th, in a total of 1,541.295 sent to 189 countries on various continents.
